Large items, over 30kg
Most desks weigh over 30kg once boxed. These items come with a two person delivery crew, to a ground floor room, or by pallet where a crew delivery is not suitable. This charge applies even when the rest of your order qualifies for free delivery.

We call you to book large deliveries in, so you know when to expect the crew and can make sure someone is available.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a box is damaged, note this with the driver or courier where possible, and email us photos as soon as you can. If a tracked item has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will look into it.
