Setting it up properly

Setting a workstation up correctly: sit with your feet flat and your hips slightly higher than your knees, set the desk so your forearms are level with the keyboard and your elbows are at about 90 degrees, and put the top of the screen at or just below eye level about an arm's length away. If your feet do not reach the floor once the desk is at elbow height, you need a footrest rather than a lower desk. A standing height is usually 20 to 25 cm above your seated height.

Which option to buy

Single is one. Pack of Five is five at a small saving, for a small team. We sell ergonomic furniture and explain how to set it up properly. Every listing states the height range, the weight capacity and exactly what adjusts, because a chair described only as ergonomic tells you nothing. If a cheaper product in our range does what you need, the listing says so.
