Sit Stand Desk with Cable Tray and Power 1800 by 800 Oak Top: an electric sit stand desk with a 1800 by 800 mm oak top.
Electric sit stand desks with the full height range published, because the range is what decides whether the desk fits you. A desk that only drops to 71 cm is too tall for many people to type at with their feet flat, and one that only rises to 116 cm is too low for a tall person to stand and work at. Every frame here states its range with and without a top.

Setting it up properly
Setting a workstation up correctly: sit with your feet flat and your hips slightly higher than your knees, set the desk so your forearms are level with the keyboard and your elbows are at about 90 degrees, and put the top of the screen at or just below eye level about an arm's length away. If your feet do not reach the floor once the desk is at elbow height, you need a footrest rather than a lower desk. A standing height is usually 20 to 25 cm above your seated height. Standing still all day is no better than sitting still all day. The change of posture is the point, so aim to alternate every 30 to 45 minutes, and remember that a sit stand desk is a tool for moving rather than a health claim in itself. Desks are built to BS EN 527 for office work tables and chairs to BS EN 1335 for office work chairs, and every product is tested to the stated load. We publish the tested weight capacity rather than a marketing figure.
Which option to buy
Black Frame is a black frame, the most popular and the easiest to match to existing furniture. White Frame is a white frame, which suits lighter rooms and shows dust less than black. Grey Frame is a grey frame, a quieter alternative to black. We sell ergonomic furniture and explain how to set it up properly. Every listing states the height range, the weight capacity and exactly what adjusts, because a chair described only as ergonomic tells you nothing. If a cheaper product in our range does what you need, the listing says so.
