Setting it up properly
Setting a workstation up correctly: sit with your feet flat and your hips slightly higher than your knees, set the desk so your forearms are level with the keyboard and your elbows are at about 90 degrees, and put the top of the screen at or just below eye level about an arm's length away. If your feet do not reach the floor once the desk is at elbow height, you need a footrest rather than a lower desk. A standing height is usually 20 to 25 cm above your seated height.
